Dear Traveler,
Due to very special low prices given to us by our suppliers namely
hotels, villas, attractions and others, certain restrictions apply,
varying with each independent supplier depending on dates of travel,
availability, holiday periods and other factors. The earlier you
book the lower the price could be. We feel we have the best and
lowest rates for Jamaica and Cuba overall.
For your information we have over 45 years in tourism and a licensed
and a standing member of the Jamaica Hotel and Tourist Association.

- All payments by clients are directly to Marzouca Marketing
& Sales to ensure your reservations.
- Once we have received your request on our "Enquiry &
Information Form" which is displayed on our websites for
Jamaica or Cuba (www.marzouca.com,

or just a simple e-mail giving us the necessary information,
we will get back to you quickly with our offer and or suggestions
to fit your budget as best as possible.
- After you have received our offers and if you have decided
to make a firm booking please click on "Secure payment
and booking form" at the bottom of this or any page and
fill in your information. When making a booking we require your
full credit card information to be able to book and hold your
reservation.
- To hold and confirm your reservation a non-refundable deposit
of US$50 per person which is part of your full package price
(not an extra charge) is required as expenses are involved in
making this booking. Children under twelve years, no deposit
is required. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If final payment is not received booking is automatically cancelled
with no refund due. Your deposit or full payment should be received
by us within 7 days from date of our confirmation to you. Please
note, for cancellation 15 days or less there is a 25% additional
cancellation charges to cover various suppliers, expenses and
any other charges. Should you no show on date of arrival there
is no refund.
- For any changes made once booking is confirmed there will
be a $15.00 per person charge to cover cost of making these
changes.
- Once we have received your confirmation from the hotel / supplier
and have notified you and you have paid in full, we will forward
by e-mail your travel documents for presentation to our agent
whom will meet you at the Jamaica or Cuba airport.
- Payments can be by Visa, MasterCard credit cards or Western
Union to Marzouca Marketing & Sales, 39 Gloucester Ave,

& cell: (876)-997-2342. Please advise us by e-mail when
payments are sent and name of mail carrier used and their tracking
number.
- We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance as
we act as agents only in selling and promoting offers made to
us by various entities from all over the world so we cannot
be held liable in any way nor accept any liability for any reason,
accidents bad weather, late or canceled flights or any unforeseen
problems including acts of God.
- Please allow 8 - 12 weeks for refund.
